Jyoti Guha’s journey as a teacher began at The Shri Ram School, Vasant Vihar in 1992. She assumed various roles during her teaching years - subject teacher, form teacher and academic coordinator, after which she moved on and became the Vice Principal of Junior School, The Shri Ram School, Aravali, in 2005.
In 2007, Jyoti joined Shikshantar as the Junior School Principal. She successfully implemented various processes and initiatives which went a long way in strengthening the ideology at Shikshantar. As a result of her continuous efforts, the Junior School was well established as a school of choice amongst many young parents.
